Сондай-ақ Президентіміздің қолдауымен 2003 жыл – денсаулық жылы болып жарияланған. Расында да, бүгінгі таңда еліміздің ақсақалдарынан кішкентай баласына дейін дене тәрбиесіне ерекше мән беруде.

Осындай игі істер біздің бөбекжай-бақшасында атқарылып келеді. Мекме бастығы ұйымдастыруымен спорттық алаңда мекеме қызметкерлері арасында «Шынықсаң шымыр боласың», деген қағиданы ұстанып, аптасына екі рет дене шынықтыру сабақтары жүргізіледі. Күнделікті аласапыран жұмыстардан кейінгі бір-екі сағат уақыттың ішінде әріптестерім біраз бой жазып, сергіп қалады. Осы бір тамаша сәттерде балалық шағың да еріксіз еске түсетіндей!
